Applicable Model & Eligibility
  • Applicable Model: Strictly applicable ONLY to the Lopder Hybrid Coffee Grinder (MAXA).
  • Validity: Valid for 12 months starting from the day after original product delivery.
  • One-Time Benefit: Each Lopder care+ plan allows strictly one approved replacement only. It is a one-time protection benefit and is non-renewable after expiration.
  • Simultaneous Purchase: Must be purchased in the same transaction as the grinder (1:1 quantity rule). Lopder Care+ plans purchased separately or after checkout are invalid and may be canceled.
  • Exclusive Binding: Strictly limited to the original purchaser. If the product is resold, transferred, or gifted, the Lopder Care+ coverage becomes permanently invalid and non-transferable.

  • What's Covered: Provides a simplified replacement solution for accidental drops, impacts, accidental damage, and severe functional failures affecting normal use. Once enrolled, you can receive a replacement for just an additional $55 flat fee, with outbound shipping included(additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations).
  • Verification Required: You must contact our support team (support@lopder.com) for verification before utilizing your benefit. Please do not purchase the $55 replacement service directly without official approval.
  • Approval Process: Our team will verify your original order information, product eligibility, and claim status before providing a dedicated replacement checkout link.
Replacement Options & Fees
  • Service Fee: Approved requests require a non-refundable $55 fee (includes standard outbound shipping). Customers are responsible for any return shipping, duties, or taxes if returning the original unit. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations.
  • Option 1 (Fast-Track Claim): No return required. The replacement unit does NOT inherit, renew, or extend the original warranty. The original damaged product and the replacement unit both become permanently ineligible for any future warranty service or Lopder Care+ claims.
  • Option 2 (Verified Claim): Requires returning the original unit OR providing a verified physical destruction video. The replacement unit will inherit ONLY the remaining unused portion of the original product warranty. Both units become permanently ineligible for future Lopder Care+ claims.
Specifications & Exclusions
  • Replacement Unit Specs: Replacement units may be brand-new or officially certified refurbished units that meet Lopder's strict functional quality standards. To maintain program integrity, all replacement units may contain internal anti-abuse identification markers not visible during normal consumer use. Minor cosmetic differences from standard retail units may exist.
  • Exclusions: Lopder Care+ does NOT cover lost/stolen products, intentional damage, fraudulent claims, commercial misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Rights Reserved: Lopder reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any claim involving suspected fraud, chargebacks, policy abuse, or false verification materials.

Standard Warranty vs Lopder Care+ Coverage


The standard warranty covers manufacturing defects. Lopder Care+ goes further by protecting your MAXA grinder against accidental damage (drops, impacts, or liquid spills) during everyday use or travel.

Are there any extra costs besides the $55 fee?

The $55 flat fee covers the replacement unit and standard global shipping. Additional costs are the customer's responsibility only in these scenarios:

  • Expedited Shipping & Associated Duties: If you request premium couriers (e.g., DHL/FedEx) for faster delivery, you will be responsible for the extra shipping cost, as well as any local import taxes and customs duties triggered by this expedited shipping method.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to addresses classified as remote zones by international logistics providers.
Option 1 (Fast-Track) vs. Option 2 (Verified Claim)
  • Option 1 (Fast-Track): Immediate replacement without returning the broken unit. However, the replacement will not carry over the original warranty.
  • Option 2 (Verified Claim): Requires proof of destruction (via return or video). The replacement unit retains the remainder of your original standard warranty.
Can I add Lopder Care+ after buying the grinder?

No. Lopder Care+ must be purchased simultaneously with your MAXA coffee grinder. It cannot be added to previous orders or bought as a standalone product.

How to provide a "destruction video" (Option 2)?


If returning the item is impractical, our support team will email you specific instructions on how to safely render the core components unusable on video. We will dispatch your replacement immediately once verified.
