Returns & Limited Warranty Policy

At Lopder, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable customer support. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request a full refund before the order has been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted. Any refund request after shipment must follow the Return Policy below.


2. Return Policy

14-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be in original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Products showing excessive use, intentional damage, missing components, or conditions that prevent resale may not qualify for a full or partial refund.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Lopder Care+ service plans
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts or complimentary items included with the product
  • Accessories or consumable parts
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products showing obvious signs of excessive use, including cracks, dents, scratches, stains, or conditions preventing resale
  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modification
  • Missing, altered, forged, or fraudulent receipts or documentation
  • Damage caused by external factors beyond Lopder’s control, including fire, flood, strong wind, lightning, or other force majeure events
  • Cases where return tracking information is not provided within 7 calendar days after Lopder issues return authorization
  • Bundle or discounted set purchases. Refunds for bundle orders can only be processed for the entire order and not for individual items within the bundle

Return Shipping Responsibility

For non-defective returns:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for ensuring return shipments include valid tracking information.

Lopder is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

No refund or compensation will be issued for return packages lost in transit.


Damaged or Defective Products

Lopder performs quality inspection and functional testing on products before shipment to help minimize manufacturing defects and shipping-related issues.

If your product arrives damaged or has a suspected manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

After verification, Lopder may offer:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit
  • Alternative compensation solutions

All claims are subject to verification and approval.

For confirmed manufacturing defects or verified product quality issues, Lopder will cover the outbound shipping cost for replacement parts or replacement products sent to the customer.

Return shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or related taxes may be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific situation and applicable local regulations.


3. Limited Warranty

All Lopder grinders purchased from our official website or authorized sales channels are covered by a Limited Warranty starting from the day after the delivery date.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects under normal consumer usage conditions.

If you cannot provide a valid order number, invoice, or other proof of purchase, the warranty period will begin from the shipment date shown on the product, unless otherwise agreed by Lopder.

What Will Lopder Do

Lopder will first attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue through email communication, troubleshooting guidance, photos/videos, or usage recommendations where applicable.

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, Lopder may request additional inspection information or require the product to be returned for further evaluation.

If the issue is confirmed to fall within this Limited Warranty, Lopder may provide repair service, replacement parts, product replacement, store credit, or other reasonable solutions at Lopder’s discretion.


Warranty Shipping Responsibility

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved in writing by Lopder, customers are generally responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims, including return shipping, outbound shipping, customs duties, taxes, and related fees.

For confirmed manufacturing defects, Lopder may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement parts, repair solutions, partial shipping assistance, or replacement products depending on the specific situation.

All warranty-related repairs, replacements, inspections, or service arrangements must receive prior authorization from Lopder.


Warranty Coverage

Covered:

  • Motor failure
  • Internal mechanical failure
  • Battery functional failure within the coverage period
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical malfunction under normal usage conditions

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, fading, or surface wear
  • Burr wear from normal usage
  • Battery capacity degradation from regular use
  • Coffee residue clogging or improper cleaning
  • Commercial, rental, or abnormal high-frequency usage beyond intended consumer use
  • Water, moisture, or liquid damage
  • Accidental drops or impact damage
  • Unauthorized disassembly or modification
  • Use of third-party accessories or chargers
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Minor performance variations not affecting core functionality
  • Failure to follow instructions or maintenance guidelines
  • Damage caused by improper voltage or charging conditions
  • Damage caused during transportation by the customer
  • Products with removed, altered, or unidentifiable product identification information
  • Free gifts or complimentary items included with the product
  • Any product previously replaced or compensated through Lopder Care+

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos
  • Detailed issue description

Lopder reserves the right to request additional verification.

Lopder also reserves the right to reject claims involving fraud, abuse, policy misuse, unauthorized modifications, or suspicious activity.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lopder’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, replacement parts, store credit, or partial compensation.

The total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

This warranty provides the sole and exclusive remedy for product-related claims.

All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Lopder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of use
  • Property damage
  • Shipping costs
  • Customs fees
  • Installation or removal costs

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so parts of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Customers may also have additional legal rights depending on local consumer protection laws.
