Lopder Care+

Lopder Care+ is an exclusive community benefit designed to provide a fast, flexible, and affordable replacement solution for your MAXA grinder. We understand that accidents happen, and we want to help minimize interruptions to your coffee experience.

Please note: Lopder Care+ is an optional value-added protection service and is NOT an insurance product.

Applicable Model

This Lopder Care+ plan is strictly applicable ONLY to the Lopder Hybrid Coffee Grinder (MAXA) model.

Coverage Period & Eligibility

  • Validity: Valid for 12 months starting from the day after the original product delivery.
  • One-Time Benefit: Each Lopder Care+ plan allows strictly one approved replacement only.
  • Non-Renewable Service: Lopder Care+ is currently a one-time protection benefit and is not renewable after expiration.
  • Simultaneous Purchase Required: Lopder Care+ must be purchased in the same transaction as the Lopder MAXA grinder it is intended to cover. Lopder Care+ plans purchased separately or after checkout are invalid and may be canceled.
  • 1:1 Quantity Rule: The quantity of Lopder Care+ plans purchased cannot exceed the quantity of MAXA grinders purchased in the same order.
  • Exclusive Binding: Lopder Care+ is strictly limited to the original purchaser. If the product is resold, transferred, or gifted, the Lopder Care+ coverage becomes permanently invalid and non-transferable.

Lopder Care+ provides a simplified replacement solution for accidental drops, impacts, accidental damage, and severe functional failures affecting normal use.

Claim Process & Verification

Before utilizing your Lopder Care+ benefit, you must first contact our support team at support@lopder.com for verification.

Please do not purchase the $55 replacement service directly without official approval.

Our team will verify your original order information, product eligibility, and claim status before providing a dedicated replacement checkout link.

Replacement Process & Two Claim Options

Once approved, Lopder may provide a brand-new or officially certified refurbished replacement unit.

In addition to the original Lopder Care+ purchase fee, customers must also pay a $55 replacement service fee for each approved replacement request.

The $55 replacement service fee includes Lopder's standard outbound shipping cost for the replacement unit.

Customers are responsible only for any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, or related charges associated with returning the original unit when applicable.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations or special delivery requests.

The $55 replacement service fee is charged per approved replacement request and is non-refundable once the replacement process has been initiated.

Option 1 - Fast-Track Claim (No Return Required)

If you do not wish to return the original unit, you may choose the Fast-Track replacement option.

After payment of the $55 replacement service fee, Lopder will dispatch the replacement unit without requiring the original unit to be returned.

Because the original unit is not physically inspected or recovered under this option:

  • Replacement units provided through the Fast-Track option are offered as a special replacement benefit only.
  • The replacement unit does NOT inherit, continue, renew, restart, or extend the original product warranty period.
  • No additional standard warranty coverage will apply to the replacement unit beyond basic arrival functionality support.
  • The original damaged product will immediately become permanently ineligible for any future warranty service or Lopder Care+ claims.
  • The replacement unit will also become permanently ineligible for any future Lopder Care+ claims.
  • Lopder will ensure the replacement unit arrives functional and may provide limited initial setup or troubleshooting support if necessary.

Option 2 - Verified Claim (Warranty Retention Eligible)

If you would like the replacement unit to inherit the remaining unused portion of the original standard warranty period, you must complete ONE of the following verification methods:

Method A - Return the Original Unit
Return the damaged unit to Lopder's designated service location.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges are the customer's responsibility.

Method B - Verified Physical Destruction
Provide a verification video demonstrating permanent physical destruction of the original unit in accordance with instructions provided by Lopder support.

Once verified and approved:

  • The replacement unit may inherit ONLY the remaining unused portion of the original product warranty period.
  • The warranty period will NOT restart, renew, or extend from the replacement shipment date.
  • The original product will immediately become permanently ineligible for any future warranty service or Lopder Care+ claims.
  • The replacement unit will also remain permanently ineligible for any future Lopder Care+ claims.

Replacement Unit Specifications

To help maintain program integrity and reduce fraudulent abuse, all Lopder Care+ replacement units may contain internal anti-abuse identification markers or verification identifiers not visible during normal consumer use.

Replacement units may originate from a dedicated Lopder Care+ inventory and may include certified refurbished units that meet Lopder functional quality standards.

Minor cosmetic differences from standard retail packaging or retail units may exist.

By purchasing or utilizing Lopder Care+, you acknowledge and accept these replacement conditions.

Non-Refundable & Exclusions

Lopder Care+ fees are non-refundable once purchased.

Replacement service fees are non-refundable once the replacement process has been initiated.

Lopder Care+ does not cover:

  • Lost products
  • Stolen products
  • Intentional damage
  • Fraudulent claims
  • Abuse of the program
  • Commercial misuse
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by illegal or improper use

Abuse Prevention & Rights Reserved

Lopder reserves the right to reject, suspend, cancel, or permanently refuse any claim, order, account, or future service involving:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Excessive or abnormal claim activity
  • Policy abuse
  • Unauthorized resale activity
  • False verification materials
  • Any suspicious, deceptive, malicious, or abnormal behavior

Final eligibility determination and interpretation of the Lopder Care+ program remain solely at Lopder's discretion.
